Today Boosted Boards announced their third generation of boards which includes some minor updates to the typical boards and a whole new line of shorter boards dubbed the mini. Of course Casey Neistat received one of the first Mini S's but check out our video and image libraries for all the content coming out on the new boards, including Casey’s first look.

While I was instantly drawn to the new Stealth board with its higher top speed of 24MPH and the new darker look, I was also intrigued by the Mini boards. With a quick look at the specs I ruled out the Mini S because if you’re already spending $750USD on a board, you mis-well spend an extra $150 for alittle more speed and double the range. I am curious about the ride on the smaller board and how functional the tail is but I have put in my pre-order and will jump on one of the demo days Boosted is hosting in most major cities.

The Stealth is also on my wish list. 24MPH, 14 miles range, larger wheels, sweet new look, whats not to like? Well the price tag. Coming in at the typical $1599USD it is quite pricy compared to other boards out there. Boosted makes an awesome product, the best in the market in my opinion, but with that price tag I will more than likely wait until either my current board gives out or I sell it.

The other board that was released was the 3rd Generation Plus which is also being referred to as the new classic which is fairly accurate. The price on the extended range 2nd generation board was also dropped for obvious reasons.
